This UX case study focuses on modernizing Concierto's product interfaces by implementing a new global design system, enhancing navigation, improving usability, and adopting best practices. The key areas of improvement include color application, typography, navigation, grid layout, list standards, font and heading structure, button styling, icon library adoption, and improvements in form elements, card design, and data visualization.
Performed a heuristic analysis on the applications, assessing user experience based on usability principles. Identified enhancements encompassed color contrast, navigation clarity, minimalist design, responsive grid layout, consistent lists, font structure, button styling, and icon modernization, all aimed at elevating usability and user satisfaction.
Used a predefined checklist of common accessibility issues to audit source topics. In XMetaL, updated non-legal topics based on findings from the audit. Provided feedback to Amazon about accessibility issues found in legal content.

The project involved transitioning content from Intercom over to Paligo; structuring it within its new framework; creating a website that mirrored existing functionality on our help page; and setting up the publishing process accordingly.

Created task-based show-me demos using Adobe Captivate to introduce the features and functionality of ADP CRM's campaign management module. My work also included conceptually explaining each feature in order to make them accessible via LMS with customized course codes.
By leveraging WalkMe assets (walkthroughs, shoutouts & smart tips), we've been able to provide customers with the necessary information to avoid common pitfalls. Our strategy has enabled us to hit zero support tickets in many areas - demonstrating our commitment towards delivering a seamless user experience.
Moderated the content - an exhaustive and organized collection of best practices, recommendations, tips, use cases and scenarios for assigned ServiceNow products. The pages served as a one-stop shop where project teams can share their expertise with each other through the moderation of our writers.

In the first phase, my blend of linguistic aptitude and technical writing skill enabled me to implement beneficial changes throughout the workflow, while carrying out accessibility checks on Amazon's help content. Additionally, in Phase Two I provided further functional support - such as image migration; fixing broken links; creating cross references; parity checking between migrated documents and so on.
Using Articulate storyline, created a 270-minute course comprising of microlesson library covering the 365 Microsoft suite of apps and tools for a multinational software company. Collaborated with the larger team to implement screen-casting, graphics sourcing, creation of animated videos, and review.
